Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT consultancy and software company hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to technical and non-technical recruitment and be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultancies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.




- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience in consultancy and product/service-based IT companies.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.).
- Exposure to non-technical hiring (HR, Sales, Operations, Support roles).
- Good understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced hiring environment.
