Job Title: Team Lead Python Django

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Python Django to lead backend development
projects and manage a team of developers.
-The candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, and team
management.
-Lead and manage the Python development team for smooth project execution. -Design,
develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
-Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams for successful project delivery.
-Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and effort estimations.
-Review code and ensure coding standards, performance, security, and best development
practices. -Optimize application scalability, reliability, and database performance.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
-Mentor junior developers and support technical skill enhancement within the team.
-Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards. -Experience with
PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Celery, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is required. -Hands-
on exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Heroku,



Salesforce integrations, and microservices
architecture will be preferred.
-Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Specification (JS) -Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
-Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Python backend development.
-Strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, and Django REST Framework.
-Experience in REST API development and backend services.
-Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB databases.
-Hands-on experience with Redis, Celery, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. -Experience with Git and
version control systems.

-Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms and Heroku deployment.
-Basic familiarity with Salesforce integrations and workflows.
-Knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable applications.
-Basic understanding of frontend technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
-Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
