Role & responsibilities
- Handle export sales coordination with international clients.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and export documents.
- Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams for timely delivery.
- Track shipments, resolve queries, and maintain sales MIS.
- Manage ERP/CRM updates and export-related records
Preferred candidate profile
- 14 years of experience in Export Sales Coordination / International Sales.
- Manufacturing/Industrial sector experience preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, logistics, and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and email handling skills.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech
