Role & responsibilities

- Study and understand electrical/electronic product designs, drawings, schematics, and assembly requirements.
- Assemble products, sub-assemblies, panels, and components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Support Current Product Development (NPD) activities from concept, prototype development, testing, validation, and production release.
- Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, trials, and performance validation in both in-house and customer site environments.
- Assist in prototype building, design verification, and functional testing of new products.
- Identify and resolve issues related to assembly, wiring, testing, and product performance.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results, trial observations, and product modifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Service teams for smooth product development and implementation.
- Support installation, commissioning,



and field trials whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards during assembly and testing activities.
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions for product reliability, manufacturability, and performance.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for product failures or customer complaints.
- Assist in preparing assembly instructions, testing procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of testing equipment, tools, and instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma in Electronics/EC/Electrical are preferred.
- Preferred who is ready for both in house & site testing
