Position: Sales Officer
Location: Ahmedabad / Rajkot

Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Officers to drive business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field sales, referrals, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
- Identify prospective customers and explain Home Loan and LAP products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
- Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.




- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Direct Sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
