Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager who has strong experience in banking operations, GST, compliance, and data entry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, challans, and related compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records through data entry, ledger updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance timelines and update the management about due dates.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, expense summaries, and account statements.
- Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and financial reporting.




- Support in preparing invoices, tracking receivables, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure all financial and compliance documents are properly archived.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of banking operations, GST, TDS, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
