Roles & Responsibilities Briefing & Insight-Driven Strategy: Receive detailed client briefs, conduct deep market and competitor research, and strategize comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives.

Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with internal copy, design, and creative teams to translate strategic concepts into impactful visual and copy collaterals.

Pitching & Client Presentations: Build compelling, client-ready PowerPoint presentations and pitch creative campaign proposals directly to client stakeholders.

End-to-End Campaign Execution: Drive dynamic, multi-phase campaign rollouts from start to finish—spanning Teaser, Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch phases.

Account & Client Relationship Management:



Serve as the primary operational contact for client-side teams, managing everyday coordination, feedback, and expectations to build strong, long-term partnerships.

On-Ground & Virtual Execution Support: Coordinate logistics and execution for shoots, site visits, launch events, and activations as needed.

Qualification & Requirements: Experience: 2–6 years of client servicing or account management experience in a mainline advertising agency. (Experience purely in digital, media, or event agencies will not be considered).

Mainline Exposure: Solid hands-on exposure to traditional/mainline media (Print, OOH, BTL).

Industry Focus: Prior experience handling real estate accounts or high-decibel consumer brands is highly preferred.

Core Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, research aptitude, and commercial acumen.

Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in crafting and delivering pitch decks (PowerPoint).

Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and proven agility in managing tight deadlines and multi-team deliverables.
