Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the mining and industrial sectors. In this role, the Account Manager will oversee client accounts, coordinate project requirements, and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions aligned with customer expectations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking contract performance, and addressing operational or commercial issues.

The person in this position will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to support client needs, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

The Account

Manager will also maintain accurate account documentation, prepare reports for leadership,



and support strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications

Skills in tally accounting software, gst and tds return filing.

Can understand affidavit regarding different legal documents.

Can make P&L; and cashflow statements.

Understanding of mining, industrial, or related sectors, with familiarity in supply chain or project coordination considered an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in account management is also valued.

Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics.
