Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience) JOB SUMMARY Noroo Automotive Coatings India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, invoice processing, GST documentation, bank reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ## Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

Record Purchase, Sales, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Contra entries.

Process vendor invoices and customer invoices accurately.

Prepare and verify Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supporting documents.

Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.





Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. ## Required Skills Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Basic Formulas).

Hands-on experience in Tally Prime; knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Strong understanding of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), invoice processing, and reconciliation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent documentation and record management.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. ## Preferred Candidate Profile 1–5 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.

Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
