Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1-3 years of experience and strong accounting knowledge to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP software, excellent Excel skills, and a sound understanding of accounting principles. Experience in the Staffing or IT Services industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities..
- Process accounting transactions through ERP software.
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial documentation.

Mandatory Requirements





- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable to have

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Lookup functions, MIS reporting).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in a Staffing, IT Staffing, or IT Services organization is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or an equivalent qualification.
