What you'll do Own the full cycle: prospect, pitch, demo, close Build outbound pipeline for PROXe (SMBs, real estate, education, healthcare, auto) Sell BCON retainers: brand, performance, content, web Run live product demos of PROXe Hit monthly revenue targets and keep CRM clean Feed client objections back into product You need 2 to 4 years B2B sales, SaaS or agency Comfortable with 30+ outbound touches a day Can hold a conversation with a founder, not just a marketing manager English + Kannada or Hindi Quick with tools: CRM, WhatsApp, Sheets, AI Bonus Sold to SMBs in India Understand marketing funnels Used AI tools daily Comp Fixed + uncapped commission.
