Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive (Sales Accounting) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Department: Accounts & Sales Coordination Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team in Vadodara. This is a sales accounting role involving billing, invoicing, sales order processing, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Tally ERP , possess positive communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process sales invoices, billing, and sales orders in Tally. Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Production, and Accounts teams for timely order execution. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and maintain payment records.

Verify sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy. Maintain customer accounts, ledgers, and billing records. Assist in account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and accounting-related queries. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.



Generate reports related to sales, receivables, and customer accounts as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, Sales Coordination, or Sales Accounting. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory. Good knowledge of GST invoicing and basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple departments.

Preferred

SkillsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an added advantage. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
