The company designs, fabricates, assembles, and supplies low-voltage electrical products such as LT distribution panels, control panels, feeder pillars, enclosures, pole boxes, and lighting poles. Role Description The Account Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Account

Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, managing invoices, and assisting with monthly closing activities. The role involves handling petty cash, monitoring payments and receivables, and supporting credit control processes to help maintain accurate financial records.

Assistant will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely documentation,



transparent communication, and compliance with company policies. The role may also include preparing basic financial reports, maintaining organized files, and assisting with coordination for audits and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess accounting skills, including basic bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and familiarity with accounting software.

Candidates should possess finance-related skills, such as understanding financial records, supporting budgeting activities, and assisting with reporting.

Candidates should possess credit control skills, including monitoring receivables, following up on payments, and helping manage customer credit limits.

Candidates should possess petty cash handling skills, including accurate cash recording, reconciliation, and safe cash management.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and for preparing clear documentation.

Relevant educational background in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and exposure to Tally or similar accounting software will be beneficial.

Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a structured, industrial environment are important for success in this role.
