We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in accounting and billing, with robust knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents.
- Create and maintain Proforma Invoices and Delivery Notes.
- Record purchase and sales entries accurately.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Prepare reports related to billing, receivables, and accounts as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment queries.
