Role Description The Accessories Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing men’s accessories that reflect Cosa Nostraa’s artistic and unconventional aesthetic. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves developing new collections, creating design sketches and technical drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating closely with artisans to ensure high-quality execution of each piece. The designer will research trends, cultural motifs, and historical references to inform designs, while maintaining consistency with brand identity and vintage-inspired detailing.





Day-to-day tasks include refining prototypes, coordinating with production and merchandising teams, supporting product launches, and contributing creative input for lookbooks, photoshoots, and marketing content. The role also requires attention to detail, an understanding of market preferences, and the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Accessory Design or Jewelry Design, with experience creating aesthetically distinctive, wearable pieces.

Candidates should possess skills in Product Design and Product Development, including conceptualisation, sketching, technical specification creation, and prototype refinement.

Candidates should possess Research skills to explore fashion trends, materials, cultural motifs, and consumer preferences that inform design concepts.

Candidates should ideally have proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and a basic understanding of materials, metals, finishes, and fabrication techniques.

Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, solid visual and storytelling sense, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artisans and cross-functional teams.

A relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Jewelry Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in fashion or accessories design.
