Role & Responsibilities
- Drive showroom and project sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, HNI & institutional clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote current collections.
- Manage store operations, inventory, billing, and stock.
- Train the sales team and ensure excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma/MBA with 6+ years in Furniture, Home Furnishing, Interior Products, or Project Sales.
- Strong network of Architects, Designers, Builders, and HNI clients.
- Good communication, sales, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience in showroom operations and achieving sales targets.
