- Proven experience in motor sales (HT & LT motors)
- Robust B2B sales experience in industrial products
- Demonstrated team handling and leadership capabilities
- Solid technical knowledge of LT, HT, and FHP motors
- Techno-commercial acumen with ability to handle complex sales cycles
Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to drives, hydro generators, pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
