Position: HR Executive
Location: Chhatral GIDC, Ta.: Kalol, Dist.: Gandhinagar - 382729, Gujarat
Qualification: B.Com./ M.Com./BBA/ Diploma/ MBA -HR
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Salary: Up to 40000/- PM.
Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening CV (Staff and Workers) and schedule interviews.
- Attendance and Leave management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in on-boarding, induction and exit process .
- Employee registration under PF and ESIC and payment of PF, ESIC, PT.
- Support in employees exit formalities.
- Provide administrative support.
