What You'll Do
- Build features against clear Technical Implementation Plans,
- Practice Test-Driven Development
- Collaborate through JIRA as the single source of truth,
- Work in focused, protected sprint blocks with clear scope
- Ship clean, reviewed code through a structured merge process with fast turnaround
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on development experience in Python-FastAPI
- Comfort working with Test-Driven Development or strong interest in adopting it
- Experience with Git-based version control and structured branching workflows
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools
- Ability to work independently against clear specifications, while flagging ambiguity early rather than guessing
- Robust communication skills comfortable documenting questions, blockers, and progress clearly in writing
