Job Summary

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating, procuring, and ensuring the timely delivery of all construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, machinery, equipment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the purchasing process for construction projects,ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies toachieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors,and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify newbusiness opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with projectgoals and objectives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatoryrequirements, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferablyin the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of procurement principles, practices, andregulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention todetail.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems is an asset.
