Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for a high-energy, communication-driven US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team at our premium office in Ahmedabad. If you have a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape and excellent English communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various Non-IT positions across the US market.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent using creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain excellent rapport with candidates to ensure high submission-to-interview rates, high show-up rates, and successful onboarding.




- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent with speed and precision.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Proven track record in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Communication: Mandatory top-notch verbal and written English communication skills to interact persuasively with US-based candidates.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the fixed night shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST) on-site from our Ahmedabad office.
- Core Skills: Strong negotiation, candidate mapping, headhunting, and relationship-building skills.
