About this role

Altum Labs is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires strong communication skills, structured resource planning, and hands-on team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT consulting engagements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects
- Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct performance reviews and team evaluations
- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve escalations
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including technical, QA,



and business teams
- Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and leadership

Technical Skills Required

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in resource planning and allocation
- Experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination
- Hands-on experience in performance review and evaluation processes
- Prior experience in IT consulting services
- Experience working with US or UK clients
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones

Preferred Skills

- Experience in budget planning and cost control
- Exposure to commercial management and client billing models
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
