- - - - Be part of a team of technical experts, helping our customers get the best out of ACS’ business solutions. Resolving complex customer issues, both technical and process related, by providing timely resolution to them. Provide direct technical assistance to customers via phone, email, andthrough remote working tools. Collaborating with the Development team to ensure best solutions are given to Customer’s problems.

- - Ability to understand software application issues and analyse the probable cause
- - Great collaboration skills to become a bridge between the Customer and the Development team to ensure that Customer issues are resolved in shortest possible time.
- - - - The ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions andchallenging customer problems without the need for supervisoryintervention; maintains poise and professionalism even with verydifficult and demanding customer.

- - - - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Technical Support Role
- - Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
