Role & responsibilities

- Lead and strengthen the entire Accounts & Finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, Ind AS, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and SEBI/BSE/NSE compliance.
- Develop strong MIS and business dashboards covering branch performance, profitability, budgets, target achievement, working capital and cost control to enable informed decision making.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and profitability improvement across the organisation.
- Strengthen credit control, receivables, treasury, cash flow and working capital management.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership in strategic business planning and major financial decisions.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, investors, Company Secretary and regulatory authorities.




- Ensure seamless compliance with all listed company and corporate governance requirements.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in leading Finance & Accounts functions of a medium or large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, treasury, internal controls and SEBI/BSE/NSE regulations.
- Experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain industry will be preferred.
- Robust leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
