Job Title: Field Sales Engineer - Ingersoll Rand (IR) Tools

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Field Sales Engineers to drive sales of Ingersoll Rand (IR) Industrial Tools in Ahmedabad. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent field visits, customer meetings, and live product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned territory
- Meet clients regularly (5-6 days per week on field) to understand requirements and offer the right solutions
- Demonstrate IR tools (such as impact wrenches, air ratchets, die grinders, drills, screwdrivers, air compressors, etc.) at customer sites
- Achieve monthly sales targets through active lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Share regular reports on sales activities, market trends,



and competitor updates
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth after-sales support

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- 1-5 years of field sales experience in industrial pneumatic or DC tools
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

Salary

25,000 to 70,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
