; About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Frontend Developer to join our team. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to build modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. ; Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining frontend components using React, Tailwind
CSS, and ShadCN
- Implement responsive and accessible UI designs based on design specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver smooth user
experiences
- Help optimize applications for performance and usability
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Work with basic state management solutions such as React Context, Redux, or
Zustand under guidance
- Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and GraphQL
- Participate in code reviews and learn from senior team members
- Assist in writing unit tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library
- Stay updated with frontend development trends and continuously improve skills

; Required Skills & Experience
- 2 5 years of experience in frontend development (internships or projects count)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)




- Basic to intermediate experience with React.js and modern frontend concepts
- Familiarity with Next.js is a plus
- Experience using Tailwind CSS and component libraries like ShadCN
- Basic understanding of component-based architecture
- Familiarity with TypeScript or willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context
- Experience working with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Willingness to learn CI/CD basics and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback positively
