We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Scheduler to manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for global projects. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal staffing levels, monitor workforce utilization, and coordinate with operations teams to maintain service delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and optimize workforce schedules based on project requirements and forecasted workloads.
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure adequate resource allocation across projects and shifts.
- Track attendance, leave, absenteeism, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with Operations, Project Managers, and HR teams to address staffing gaps and workforce requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to improve scheduling efficiency and resource utilization.
- Manage shift planning and roster preparation for global teams working across different time zones.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, shift changes, and workforce capacity.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Workforce Management, Scheduling, Resource Planning, Operations Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in BPO, KPO, AI Data Services, Crowdsourcing, or Workforce Management environments.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools, scheduling systems, or reporting platforms.
- Experience managing shift-based or 24x7 operations.
- Knowledge of workforce forecasting and capacity planning.
