Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing team. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor production equipment for granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsule filling and packing activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP and company quality standards.
- Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
- Perform line clearance before commencement of manufacturing and packing activities.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering departments for smooth production.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the production area.
- Report deviations, equipment breakdowns and production issues to seniors.




- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm or M.Sc. (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Experience: 0-5 years in pharmaceutical production (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing, GMP and documentation will be preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
