Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead .NET Core to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong in .NET Core, and capable of guiding a team while working closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end development using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards




- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive API design and integration using RESTful Web APIs
- Oversee database design and performance optimization
- Handle technical decision-making, estimations, and delivery commitments
- Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
- Exp in team management
- Solid experience with Web API / REST services
- Good knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
- Experience with Microservices architecture (preferred)
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
