Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Lead / Circle Lead to manage desktop support operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in L2/L3 Desktop Support, team management, VIP support, and IT infrastructure operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring SLA compliance, managing field engineers, handling escalations, and maintaining high service availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Desktop Support Engineers across assigned locations.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Handle L2/L3 desktop support escalations related to hardware, software, OS, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide VIP/Executive support and ensure minimal downtime for business-critical users.
- Coordinate onsite engineers for installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware replacement, warranty support,



and AMC activities.
- Manage asset inventory, stock, and IT documentation.
- Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Outlook, VPN, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, system deployment, and user account management.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Network, Server, Security, and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
- Mentor and train desktop support engineers while driving continuous service improvements.
