- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified, or Hardware & Networking will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Hardware Executive to manage the organization's IT hardware infrastructure and provide effective technical support. The candidate will be responsible for hardware installation, troubleshooting, network support, IT asset management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Provide timely end-user technical support and troubleshoot system issues.




- Install and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, allocation records, warranty tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC, and warranty claims.
- Configure Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and standard business applications.
- Maintain documentation for IT assets, service requests, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security guidelines, and preventive maintenance schedules.
