Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch activities for industrial machinery, spare parts, and systems. The candidate will be responsible for dispatch planning, packing coordination, documentation, transporter coordination, billing support, and post-dispatch follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Check pending dispatch schedules and prepare daily dispatch plans
- Generate pick slips and coordinate with Store, PPC, Production, and Packing teams
- Supervise packing, loading, and material handover activities
- Prepare e-invoices, e-way bills, invoices, and other dispatch documents
- Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for timely shipment
- Negotiate and compare freight rates to control transportation costs
- Collect LR copies and share invoice and dispatch details with customers




- Update dispatch transactions and records in CRM/ERP systems
- Track shipments and follow up until delivery confirmation
- Maintain courier bills, transporter records, and dispatch documentation
- Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports
- Submit invoices and supporting documents to the Accounts department

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-invoice and e-way bill generation
- Experience in transport and logistics coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM/ERP software
- Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills
- Ability to supervise packing and loading activities
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Basic freight negotiation and transporter selection ability

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having dispatch or logistics experience in a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, pump, equipment, automotive, or industrial product company will be preferred.
