About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on GCP Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, deploy, manage, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in GCP services, Kubernetes (GKE), cloud networking, IAM, and DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities (GCP-Focused)

Google Cloud Infrastructure

- Design, deploy, and manage GCP resources including:

- Compute Engine (VMs)

- VPCs, Subnets, Routes, Firewall Rules

- Load Balancers and Cloud DNS

- Manage and optimize Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters.

- Configure and manage IAM roles, service accounts, and access policies.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.

- Optimize performance, availability, and cloud cost.

Security & Reliability

- Implement GCP security best practices and compliance controls.

- Configure backups, snapshots, and disaster recovery for GCP workloads.

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and secure access.

- Handle incident response and root cause analysis.

DevOps & Automation

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native deployments.





- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar IaC tools.

- Work with Docker containers and Kubernetes deployments.

- Support blue-green and rolling deployments on GKE.

Cloud Operations

- Manage cloud networking, VPNs, and private connectivity.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and scaling of GCP services.

- Collaborate with development teams for cloud architecture improvements.

- Stay updated with new GCP services and recommend enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Strong experience in:

1. GKE (Kubernetes)

2. GCP IAM

3. VPC & Cloud Networking

4. Compute Engine

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

- Cloud monitoring & troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

- GCP Certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer / Qualified Cloud Architect)

- Experience with multi-region deployments

- Exposure to SRE practices

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Location: Ahmedabad
