Key Responsibilities of Role

.
Preparing and managing a comprehensive Land MIS for Logistics, Agri Logistics, and Ports BUs • Preparing NFAs and maintaining a centralized repository of NFAs, including tracking approvals and closure status • Managing land maps, layouts, and project documentation for various sites • Compiling and preparing project reports, feasibility studies, and land visit reports • Developing and tracking a statutory approvals dashboard for compliance monitoring • Preparing one-page and two-page management notes for leadership, highlighting project status, progress, key risks, critical issues, approvals, and decision points • Maintaining railway coordination trackers for siding approvals and connectivity • Managing vendor engagement for statutory approvals and ensuring timely delivery of consultant services • Processing and tracking vendor payments, invoices, and work orders in coordination with internal stakeholders • Coordinating with Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement,



Operations, and external consultants for smooth project execution, timely vendor payments & end to end program management • Conducting site visits and assessing land parcels for potential business opportunities and preparing business feasibility reports to support investment and acquisition decisions & preparing detailed project reports.
• Driving inter-departmental coordination to resolve issues, expedite approvals, and ensure compliance closure • Ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and timely updates across multiple stakeholders • Supporting leadership with structured MIS, analytical insights, and decision-support reports for effective project governance and strategic decision-making • Compliance tracing via Legatrix compliance tool now being replaced by PwC compliance tool.
