We are looking for an experienced Python Developer who can efficiently handle ongoing maintenance-based projects and actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Django and Django Rest Framework, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Python
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Django and DRF
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, or similar) to improve development speed and code quality.
- Debug, fix bugs, and resolve performance and scalability issues
- Work on ongoing maintenance and enhancement projects with quick turnaround times
- Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on AWS
- Handle complex technical issues related to web application development




- Coordinate with Front-end developers and QA teams
- Participate in project execution and client communication

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven expertise in Python Django with DRF
- Experience working on maintenance-based or long-running projects
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools for faster delivery
- Fluent in English for effective client communication
- Strong solution-oriented and ownership mindset
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
