Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will guide prospective and current learners in selecting suitable programs, understanding course structures, and aligning their education choices with career goals.

What you’ll do

? Counsel prospective working Professionals on courses, career outcomes & learning paths

? Convert leads into enrollments through consultative conversations

? Build long-term relationships with learners across the student journey





? Collaborate with marketing & academic teams to improve enrollment experience

? Meet counseling & enrollment targets

✅ 1–3 years experience in EdTech / E-Learning / Ed-counseling or admissions

✅ Excellent communication & persuasion skills
