Job Role: Academic Counsellor

- Contact prospective students and parents regarding ITI admissions.

- Explain available trades, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.

- Handle admission enquiries received through phone calls, website, social media, and walk-ins.

- Guide students through the admission process and provide necessary information.

- Assist students in completing admission formalities and required documentation.

- Coordinate with the admission team and management for smooth admission operations.

- Maintain student records and update admission data in the system.

- Generate reports related to calls, enquiries, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents for ITI admissions.

- Handle inbound admission-related calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to improve admission conversions.





- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for students.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.

- Update student information in the admission management system.

- Achieve daily calling and admission conversion targets.

- Prepare daily reports of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

- Coordinate with counsellors and admission teams for effective operations.
