Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Noida.

The Academic

Advisor will guide prospective and current students through course and university selection, admission procedures, and academic planning for MBBS programs abroad. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining eligibility criteria and program structures, supporting students with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for application and visa processes. The role involves providing career counseling,



addressing student and parent queries, organizing information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

The Academic

Advisor will also contribute to outreach activities, help improve counseling processes, and ensure a skilled, student-centered experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills focused on educational and professional pathways in medicine.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education systems, preferably related to medical or international studies.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic advising, study abroad counseling, or admissions is an advantage.
- Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds, manage multiple cases, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or student management systems is beneficial.
