Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Use Helm for packaging, deploying, and managing Kubernetes applications
- Implement and manage GitOps practices using ArgoCD
- Support deployment and lifecycle management of applications built with Java Spring Boot and Python
- Configure and manage Kubernetes components including:
- Services
- Ingress
- Secrets
- RBAC
- Autoscaling
- CSI Driver
- Work with service mesh tools such as Istio for traffic management, observability, and security
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines for secure and automated deployments
- Implement best practices for secrets management , platform security, and secure release processes
- Automate operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure platform stability and scalability
- Use Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools to provision and manage infrastructure




- Troubleshoot cluster, deployment, and application issues in production and non-production environments

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Strong hands-on experience with Helm
- Strong experience with ArgoCD and GitOps practices
- Good experience managing applications built with:
- Java Spring Boot
- Python
- Robust understanding of Kubernetes concepts, including:
- Services
- Ingress
- Secrets
- RBAC
- Autoscaling
- CSI Driver
- Proficiency in scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with secure deployments and secrets management
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Exposure to Istio or similar service mesh tools

Preferred Skills

- Experience in enterprise-scale Kubernetes platform management
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Experience in highly available and secure cloud-native environments
- Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices
