We’re looking for an intellectually curious, analytical, and resourceful Research Fellow to work directly with the founder.

Your primary responsibility will be to uncover insights, synthesize information, and support strategic decision-making across multiple ventures in AI, consumer brands, health, technology, and entrepreneurship.

This is a remote role for someone who enjoys deep work, loves asking questions, and can turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Preferred qualifications include:

- MBA students or graduates
- Engineers
- Journalism or Mass Communication graduates
- Economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or Liberal Arts graduates

Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

As a Founder’s Office Research Fellow, you will:

- Connect with founder at 5:00 am, work closely to find relevant data for business descision.

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Identify emerging trends in AI, health, consumer products, and technology
- Research customer behaviour and consumer insights
- Benchmark products, pricing, and business models
- Prepare concise research briefs and executive summaries
- Validate business ideas using credible sources and data
- Analyse reports, academic papers, and industry publications
- Track startups, investments, acquisitions, and innovation trends
- Build databases of companies, experts, manufacturers,



and strategic partners
- Use AI tools to accelerate research while verifying facts and sources
- Present findings with clear recommendations and supporting evidence

- Ability to distinguish credible sources from unreliable ones
- Outstanding written communication
- High attention to detail
- Curiosity and a habit of asking thoughtful questions
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using AI research tools alongside traditional research methods
