YOUR IMPACT To promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION ▪ 3+ years’ experience in HR BP role and overall 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources

▪ Minimum of a Masters’ degree in Human resource or related field

Key Responsibilities Business Partnering:

▪ Develop a strong understanding of the business units, their goals, challenges, and priorities, and contribute to the end-to-end employee life cycle.

▪ Identify problems impacting employee experience and productivity and lead solutioning

▪ Collaborate with business leaders to provide support and insights to contribute to organizational success.

Employee Experience ▪ Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

▪ Act as a point of contact for employee issues, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.





Initiatives Across Employee Lifecycle ▪ Spearhead process improvements across employee lifecycle

▪ Facilitate the execution and initiation of performance appraisals, design and deliver learning programs based on identified needs by developing comprehensive learning and development strategies, provide assistance in succession planning efforts, etc.

Organizational-wide Initiatives ▪ Participate in organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring or process improvements

▪ Contribute to various organizational projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness

HR Policies And Compliance ▪ Ensure compliance with HR policies in the business span providing basic guidance to managers and employees as needed.

▪ Should have good understanding of Compliances

▪ Manage critical employee escalations and grievances

Travel Requirements ▪ This role requires traveling to various parts of Bangalore

Rewards And Recognition ▪ Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement reward and recognition programs that drive performance, employee satisfaction, and retention.

▪ Assist in conducting staff engagement surveys and develop action plans to address feedback, aiming to foster a positive work environment.

▪ Evaluate the effectiveness of reward and recognition initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
