Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D architectural visualizations, exterior views, and realistic renders for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic architectural visualizations.
- Develop exterior and interior renders for real estate projects.
- Prepare 3D presentations based on architectural drawings and concepts.
- Work closely with architects and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Create realistic lighting, textures, materials, landscaping, and surroundings.
- Make modifications and revisions based on project requirements.




- Ensure the final renders meet quality and presentation standards.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in 3D Visualization / Architectural Visualization.
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion.
- Good understanding of architectural design, materials, lighting, and textures.
- Solid creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio of 3D architectural visualization work is preferred.
