3D Visualizer (Urgent Hiring)

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 10 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer for interior and architectural projects. Qualifications:

- Robust proficiency in 3D Max, Vray, and Corona Render for 3D modeling and rendering.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Graduation or equivalent degree/diploma in 3D Visualizer only from a reputed institute in Mumbai Key Skills:
- Exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Creative flair in lighting design, texturing, and composition.
- Attention to detail to create highly accurate and realistic 3D models and renders.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the design team.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure smooth workflow across various stages of design development.
- Proven team management skills, fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and maintaining effective communication to achieve project goals.
- Excellent deadline management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and deliver high-quality work within stipulated timelines. Requirements:




- Create precise 3D models of interior and exterior spaces based on architectural plans with a focus on accuracy.
- Design realistic lighting setups to enhance the visual appeal and ambiance of 3D renders, considering the overall mood.
- Apply high-quality textures and materials to achieve realism and aesthetics aligned with the design vision.
- Produce photorealistic, high-resolution renders using Vray and Corona Render, exceeding project expectations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and teams across our Delhi and Milan offices to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visualizations that accurately capture and communicate the design intent.
- Maintain a commitment to delivering top-quality and accurate 3D models and renders.
- Manage workflow efficiently to ensure timely completion of 3D visualizations aligned with project schedules. Experience:
