About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient 3D Printing Application Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering, healthcare, and sales by supporting the implementation, demonstration, and commercialization of advanced 3D printing technologies for patient-specific medical applications. The role involves working closely with surgeons, hospitals, medical device manufacturers, orthotists, prosthetists, research institutions, and industry partners to demonstrate complete digital workflows—from medical image processing and design to additive manufacturing of implants, anatomical models, surgical guides, and orthotic & prosthetic (O&P;) devices.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, application support, customer engagement, and business development to drive the adoption of medical additive manufacturing solutions. Position: 02 Nos Key Responsibilities Technical Applications Operate and maintain skilled and industrial 3D printers used for medical applications.

Develop optimized print parameters for engineering and medical-grade materials.

Validate print quality, dimensional accuracy, and repeatability.

Troubleshoot printing issues related to hardware, software, slicing, and materials.

Perform printer installation, calibration, preventive maintenance,



and customer training.

Evaluate new materials and printing technologies for medical applications.

Prepare application reports, validation documents, and technical case studies.

Application Demonstrations

Conduct technical demonstrations for customers, hospitals, universities, and research institutions.

Deliver application-focused presentations highlighting complete digital workflows.

Demonstrate hardware, software, and post-processing workflows.

Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and sample production. Sales & Business Development Support the sales team during customer meetings and product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hardware, software, and material solutions.

Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.

Identify new opportunities in hospitals, medical colleges, O&P; centers, and medical device companies.

Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and product launches.

Build long-term relationships with clinicians, biomedical engineers, and healthcare professionals.

Customer

Training & Support Provide on-site and remote customer training.

Deliver application training for software and hardware.

Assist customers in optimizing workflows and improving productivity.

Resolve technical support requests within agreed timelines.

Create user manuals, technical documentation, and application guides.
