This is a full time, on-site 3D Designer role based in New Delhi. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D concepts, models, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, stage setups, and brand activations, aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and client servicing teams, developing design layouts, lighting plans, and animations, and preparing presentation-ready renders for internal review.

The role involves revising designs based on feedback, optimizing assets for production and fabrication, and maintaining consistency in visual standards across projects.



The 3D Designer will also stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the visual impact of Silver Stem Communications’ events. Qualifications

Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for event spaces, stages, booths, and experiential brand environments.

Proficiency in Lighting techniques to create realistic, impactful renders and visualizations for presentations.

Capability in Graphic Design to develop supporting visual elements, layouts, and brand-aligned assets.

Experience with Animation for dynamic walkthroughs, motion visuals, and interactive event presentations.

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong visualization, spatial design, and storytelling abilities, with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and manage feedback constructively.

Relevant educational background in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
