What You Will Work On :

- Product & UX design for the Synapse console : Design and evolve the Synapse management and governance console, dashboards, workflows, and controls that need to hold up under enterprise scrutiny, as we expand from MCP server generation into RAG pipelines and Skills.
- Design systems ownership : Own the component library and design system as the product surface area grows the difference between a console that scales cleanly and one that becomes unmaintainable in a year.
- Marketing & brand design : Landing pages, product illustrations, pitch deck visuals, and one-pagers that communicate complex enterprise AI concepts simply and credibly.
- Product thinking, not just visual execution : Sit close enough to the roadmap and engineering team that your design decisions are grounded in what the product actually needs to do next, not handed down as a finished brief.

What We Are Looking For :

- SaaS / B2B product design experience : You must have designed for a live SaaS or B2B software product that shipped to real, paying, or production users - not a personal project, a concept redesign,



or an agency mockup that never went live. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on product design experience with strong UX fundamentals, information architecture, interaction design, and designing for enterprise-grade dashboards and complex workflows.
- Comfort working in a startup workplace where priorities shift weekly and your scope is wide.
- Genuine passion for the craft - you follow designers, study visual systems, and care about the details nobody asked you to care about.
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively without hand-holding.
- Experience designing for developer tools, infrastructure, or other technically dense products is a strong plus enterprise and technical software has its own visual language.

Tools We Expect You to Know :

- Figma - product design, prototyping, and design systems
- Illustrator or similar - vector and illustration work for marketing and brand assets
- Working familiarity with design systems and component libraries
