Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to contact customers, provide product or service information, follow up on inquiries, collect feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
Requirements:
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
