We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement of Engineering, Administration, and QC materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, and ERP(Pharmacloud) operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of Engineering, Administration, and QC materials.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system (PharmaCloud).
- Generate RFQs, collect quotations, compare offers, and finalize vendors.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Create and maintain vendor master records in the ERP system.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Stores, and Administration departments to understand material requirements.




- Monitor pending purchase orders and expedite deliveries to avoid production delays.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company SOPs and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, and delivery in coordination with vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchase documentation.

Required Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
- Hands-on knowledge of PharmaCloud ERP.
- Experience in Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing.
- Vendor creation and vendor master management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of Engineering, Administration, and QC material procurement.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
