Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise the installation of aluminum windows, doors, and related products at customer sites.

2. Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.

3. Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.

4. Monitor manpower, tools, and materials required at project sites.

5. Attend to customer complaints and provide timely after-sales service.

6. Diagnose and resolve issues related to windows, doors, hardware, glass, and accessories.

7. Plan and execute maintenance and repair activities.

8. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation.

9. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site regulations.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

11. Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

12. Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

* Experience in windows, aluminum, faade, interior, or construction projects is preferred.

* Freshers with solid technical knowledge may also apply.
