Role: Accountant/Senior Accountant
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in the IT Services industry to
independently manage the organization's accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, and payroll
functions. Experience in the Travel Domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare customer invoices and maintain billing records.
Follow up on client payments and vendor payments.
Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions in Tally Prime.
Process employee payroll, salary sheets, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other
applicable regulations.

Prepare and process PF, ESIC, PT challans and ensure timely statutory payments.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with Income Tax compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks,



and statutory authorities.
Maintain fixed asset records and accounting documentation.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment reconciliations, and ledger management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

Required Skills:

4 to 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT Services industry.
Knowledge of the Travel industry, including travel-related receipts and payments, will be an
added advantage.
Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.
Experience in payroll processing and TDS/GST-related software will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/reporting tools.
Valuable understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and ROC-related
compliances.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete accounting function for an organization.

Preferred Qualification:

B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
